1. RETURN AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY & PROCEDURE


You are entitled to cancel any purchase of any product or service within 7 days from which they were delivered.

  • Upon expiry of the “7 days Period” no purchaser will be entitled to cancel any purchase.
  • Goods need to be returned unused and in its original unopened packaging with all labels attached, within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be elligble for a refund or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, sms or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
